- 8.5' wide x 42' long WorldWide Trailer Manufacturing Porch Concession Trailer
- Rear 7' to be open to create a porch
- Pair of rear heavy duty scissor type stabilizer jacks - 5000 lb static load capacity
- Reverse beavertail for additional ground clearance (frame tapers up in rear section of trailer)
- 2 5/16" adjustable ball coupler hitch
- Tamdem two speed landing gear assembly
- 8" x 3" rectangular steel tube main rails with equal height 'C' section cross members with square outriggers and steel side plates
- Two 6000 LB, 102" wide 10 degree up Torflex axles with 12" x 2" electric brakes, E/Z lube and 8 on 6.5 hubs and drums with weather resistant wiring
- Four ST235/80R16 load range 'D' radial tires mounted on an 8 bolt electro deposition coated silver spoke wheels
- Chassis fully undercoated with CPC (Corrosion Preventative Compound)
- 8' inside height in rear 32' of trailer
- Install 2 1/2" deep wall posts on rear wall
- Cut out and frame rear wall for smoker
- Install 6 ea. sections of 3" 'C' channels and reinforce roof bows/sidewall for 152" long hood system with two grease extracting exhaust fans (hood installed on R/S)
- 36" pre-framed roadside entry door with screen, left handed hinge with flush lock and integrated dead bolt - aluminum exterior with white smooth fiberglass interior
- Hinged vented access door for propane storage compartment with right hand hinge
- Steel lined geneator compartment with separate compartment for diesel fuel tank, separate vented generator and fuel compartment doors and 22 gallon diesel fuel tank installed in step up section on roadside
- One 3 section tempered glass concession window (45" high x 69" wide), comes with one stationary window and two vertical slider windows with screens for serving customers
- Curbside lockable lift up awning with 16" high sign built to match concession window
- Pair of 150# power assist gas awning rods to raise and secure sign type curbside awning in upright position
- Two sign boards to place between awning installed at a diagonal at each end of awning
- 16" high Plexiglas panels to cover awning sign and sign boards for backlighting

- Interiro wall switches for 120v electric - 1 for interior fluorescents, 1 for exterior flood lights and 1 for backlighting for awning sign
- Five - 4' double fluorescent light fixtures with diffuser covers (bulbs not included)
- One 6' single exterior backlight fluorescent light fixture with tube and shield centered above C/S awning
- 1 to 5 light transformer for exterior backlight fluorescent fixture
- Two exterior weatherproof single swivel flood light fixtures on GFI breakers installed on rear porch wall at R/S and C/S corners
- Incandescent pull chain light fixture centered in step up section
- 50 amp manual transfer receptacle installed near panel box
- Two 120v, 13500 BTU roof mounted air conditioners
- Fully enclosed NSF APPROVED commercial stainless steel 3 compartment sink with single faucet and integrated drain boards on each side (bowl size 10"x14"x12")
- Fully enclosed separate stainless steel hand sink and faucet with divider to separate the hand sink from the 3 compartment sink
- Removable laminated counter top to place over the 3 compartment sink (gives you additional prep space)
- Heavy duty on demand water pump with on/off wall switch
- 50 gallon fresh water tank located under the sink assembly (concealed in cabinet enclosure for a more clean and professional look)
- 6 gallon electric hot water heater located under the sink assembly
- External water hook up to easily fill your water tank
- Two 30 gallon waste water holding tanks plumbed together (total capacity 60 gallons) located under the trailer lower and away from fresh water tank per regulatory requirements
- A dump valve for easy waste removal
