A 60-65% down payment is required for all custom trailers and is required prior to construction. Your balance is due by "Cashier's Check" or "Wire Transfer" within 5 days upon completion of your trailer or pick up whichever comes first. If a Freight Carrier is used for delivery, the final payment must be received prior to shipment. All trailers come with a "Manufacturer's Statement of Origin/Certificate of Origin" (MSO/COO), "Bill of Sale" and "Manufacturer's Warranty".
SHIPPING
If you require shipping anywhere in the Continental U.S., we can contract a licensed, bonded and insured transport company on your behalf. Delivery cost is separate from purchase price. Please understand, shipping rates may vary due to higher/lower gas prices, highway fees (tolls) and size of trailer. Even though we have long established relationships with reliable shippers, WWT is not affiliated with any shipping company nor are we responsible for any damages after the trailer has left our facility.
FINANCING
For the unique markets that we serve, financing can be obtained through a third party lending institution who specializes in small business loans. They offer business owners and distributors the most flexible financing and attractive promotions available. Please contact us for more information.
WARRANTY

The obligation of this Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts which, in the opinion of the Company, shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the appropriate year(s)/period commencing from date of purchase. Jack rams, electrical wiring, glass, sealants, doors, seals, locks, paint, plumbing, couplers and jacks are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. 2. Unreasonable use including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
3. Tires, axles, axle assemblies, suspension components, heaters, air conditioners, refrigerators, cooking equipment and all other appliances or components of the WorldWide Trailer Manufacturing equipment which are warranted separately by the respective manufacturers of said components. These warranties are contained in your owners packet.
4. Any consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty expressed or implied whatsoever. Repair or replacement under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the customer. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
5. Parts not supplied by WorldWide Trailer Manufacturing.
6. Certain parts which require replacement in the ordinary course of use to normal wear.
Warranty Procedure
To secure repair of a WorldWide Trailer Manufacturing equipment or any warranted part/s under this Warranty, the trailer or warranted part must be delivered, charges prepaid, to the WorldWide Trailer Manufacturing facility or as directed by the Company. Your WorldWide Trailer Manufacturing dealer from whom you purchased your unit is responsible for the registration of your warranty with the factory. We ask that you cooperate in supplying the necessary information so that we may better serve you.
Used parts being returned for warranty will be evaluated and credit will be issued when the warranty is honored. If it's refused, you will be given and explanation for the refusal and your sales representative will work with you to settle any disputes with outside suppliers. We will always do our best to respond to emergency breakdowns with same or next day service on parts. In order to do this, we ask for at least 3-5 business days notice on parts orders that are not considered as an emergency situation.
All work on warranted defects shall be performed at the Waycross, GA facility and is the Buyer's responsibility to bring the equipment to said premises. In the event the customer cannot deliver to the Company's business premises, the Company may, at the Company's discretion, choose to have the work performed at another location. WorldWide Trailer will not liable under any circumstances for any incidental, consequential or special damages including without limitation to any lost profits or labor costs or any other theory of liability arising from any warranted work performed by the Company and or contract services.
