We dedicated this page to Tony Pearson the owner of ProConcessions AKA Chasony's. Not only doest this company have numerous complaints registered with "RipOffReport.com" but they've also violated U.S. Copyright laws by copying the verbiage on our website. I'm not talking about just a couple words either...they've copied whole pages of language.
After contacting Tony to explain what I discovered, his reply was "so what". I told him not only was it unethical but it was also a violation of U.S. Copyright laws. He said "don't you have anything better to do than bother me with this".
After doing a little research on Tony and his companies, I found complaints all over the Internet. I knew then that I had a responsibility to not only protect our company but I had an obligation to protect potential consumers/buyers from being "Ripped Off" by this person.
My point to this page is "Buyer Beware". I've been in the business of selling and manufacturing trailers for over a decade now and I've heard some horror stories over the years. I've personally battled scammers on Craigslist, eBay and all over the Internet and I'll fight them tooth and nail especially Tony Pearson of ProConcessions AKA Chasony's.
Let it be known...he nor his companies are affiliated with WorldWide Trailers Sales, Inc. He isn't an authorized dealer either.
Whether you buy your next concession trailer from us or one of our competitors, please do your do diligence. Don't allow this or any other scammer to steal from you. I encourage you to visit RipOffReport.com and see for yourself.
Here' one complaint filed against his company...
"This company advertises that they will deliver to their customers concession trailers in many cases 1-2 weeks, or custom ordered concession trailers in 4-6 weeks.
I ordered my trailer in the first week of April 2012 and have yet to receive the concession trailer even though it is now the 2nd week of September 2012. This is now over 20 weeks! I am still waiting.
The company still cannot tell me when my trailer will be ready. My contract is for over $42,000, I have paid the requested 50% deposit, yet they still can't tell me when trailer will be ready.
The company does not return phone calls, does not respond to e-mail requests for information. When I do get through to the company owner, Tony Pearson, he blames the other people and tells me that "it is what it is" and that I will get the trailer when it is done.
They did however offer to put my trailer on the fast track if I would pay them the balance owing in full. I refused this ridiculous offer as I do not trust them.
My season for this concession trailer is now over, I have lost all potential revenues for this year. My focus will now be on making sure the trailer is what I ordered and that I receive the trailer once I give them my money.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
